When we talk about carb foods, we really mean refined carbohydrates, starches and sugars which can all cause damage to our health if we eat too many.
Unfortunately eating too many refined carbs and processed foods leads to weight gain, obesity, arthritis, nerve damage, heart attacks, strokes and many more illnesses.

1. Eggs 0.6g Carbs, Per Egg
Pasture raised eggs contain only trace amounts of carbohydrates within them. They are packed full of proteins, amino acids, vitamins and minerals which help your body's cells to heal and grow. These are the perfect low carb food and contain all the building blocks of life.
2. Leafy Greens 0g Digestible Carbs
Leafy greens such as kale, arugula, cabbage, bok choy, collard greens and beet tops are some of the best no carb foods you can eat. These contain only fibre carbohydrates which is not converted to sugar by your body. Leafy greens are packed full of potassium, magnesium and phytonutrients that reduce cravings and promote weight loss.
3. Oily Fish 0-0.1g Carbs, Per 3oz
