The health benefits and uses of Kalonji Seeds, also known as black seeds, or black cumin.

1. Kalonji seeds were used by the ancient Egyptians as a natural medicine and are still used today.

2. They come from the nigella sativa, a flowering plant native to south and southwest Asia.

3. These have been described as one of the most powerful natural cures known to man because of their fantastic healing abilities.

8. As a natural medicine, these seeds are pressed to create black seed oil. You can purchase this from many health food stores.

9. If you have a fungal infection on the toenail, rubbing this seed oil on daily will clear up the infection in 2-4 months.

10. Those who have suffered with lead poisoning can use these seeds to reverse brain damage.

11. The seed oil has also been used to treat epilepsy in children. This has the effect of reducing seizures.
