The health benefits and uses of cayenne pepper, also known as red hot chili pepper or guinea spice.

1. Cayenne pepper is a fruit which is often dried and powdered to make a spice. This has been used for over 9000 years.

2. These are related to bell peppers but are smaller and have a longer, thinner shape.
